Andrew Hinrichs
I graduated with honors from the University of Dayton in May 2018 before going on to earn my M.B.A. from Wayne State University, where I finished among the top of my class.
Finance and investments have always been a natural draw for me. In the summer of 2017, I pursued an internship in wealth management that gave me firsthand exposure to the industry, and I carried that experience directly into my final year of college. From that foundation, I've grown steadily as a financial planner and have since earned both my AIF® and CFP® designations.
Communication has always been one of my strengths. Throughout college, I was consistently recognized as one of the top public speakers in my class, and I've carried those skills into my professional work through seminars, webinars, and group benefit educational meetings. In 2022, I was named Director of Employee Benefits, overseeing our retirement plan and group benefit business.
I hold the Series 66 and Series 7 registrations, which qualify me as an Investment Adviser Representative with Cetera Investment Advisers LLC, along with Michigan Life and Health insurance licenses.
I currently live in Plymouth, Michigan, with my wife, Josie. Travel has been a formative part of my life since an early age. I've lived in the United States, Canada, and China, and have had the opportunity to visit places as far as Australia and South Africa. Those experiences shaped the way I see the world and instilled in me a genuine appreciation for adaptability and embracing change, qualities I rely on every day in my work and my life.
Outside the office, I'm passionate about sports, with soccer and football topping the list. Hunting is my biggest hobby and a real source of grounding for me. There's something about being out in nature that allows me to step away and recharge.
Above all, I believe in hard work and fairness. Results reflect the effort you put in, and I hold that standard for myself in everything I take on, never looking for shortcuts.
