That is the standard I hold myself to every day at Advanced Financial Concepts, where I support clients navigating annuities and life insurance. The work is detailed, the stakes are real, and the people on the other end of the phone deserve someone who takes both seriously.

My career started at the Larry Gordon Agency in Chicago, where I learned early that good service is not a department. It is a habit. I brought that habit with me, and it shapes every client interaction I have.

I grew up in Calumet Park and now live in Oak Forest, where I stay close to the people who ground me. Outside the office, I am most content with a good book and nowhere particular to be.

What keeps me coming back is straightforward. I am good at this, I care about the people I work with, and that combination turns out to matter quite a bit.
